  • Is Group trips are safe for Females?
    • Ans: KeyTerns trips are safe for Females because of allocating Females only room / dorm / tents, trained and experienced travel managers. KeyTerns ensures that all females travel in a safe and comfortable vehicle. KeyTerns ensures that all Females are reaching their home safely upon arrival back.
  • How do I make payment?

Terms

  • Itinerary / travel plan / travel schedule are indicative and are subject to change if needed
  • Cancellation Charges / Refund policy:
    • Cancellation and refund policy would be mentioned as given in the the package. If not mentioned in the package or quote, all packages are non-refundable.
    • In case of cancellation because of Pandemic, Strike, Natural Calamities, Weather, etc., cancellation charges would be as per Operators like Airlines, Railways, Hotels, Transport Providers, Package Providers, etc.
    • Cancellation policy given in specific package overrides.
    • In case of cancellation, KeyTerns would deduct any Bank charges in involved in the transaction.
    • In all cases, refund will be done once we receive amount from the respective operators.
